用于空間站火災(zāi)防護(hù)的隔絕式氧燭呼吸自救器研制

Study of oxygen candle’s self-contained breathing rescuer against space station fire

摘要: 文章介紹某新型隔絕式氧燭呼吸自救器的研制。其呼吸保護(hù)裝置主要由防護(hù)頭罩、氯酸鈉氧燭和CO₂吸附3個(gè)單元組成，利用氧燭產(chǎn)生的O₂通過(guò)文丘里管推動(dòng)頭罩內(nèi)的空氣循環(huán)，采用LiOH吸附劑吸附循環(huán)氣體中的CO₂。該裝置進(jìn)行了適用性試驗(yàn)，人體感覺(jué)良好。文章對(duì)該裝置用于空間站火災(zāi)逃生自救的可行性進(jìn)行了分析，認(rèn)為其適用于空間站火災(zāi)逃生。

Abstract: A breathing self-rescuer is designed for fire escape in manned spacecraft. Its new self-contained breathing protecting device is composed of hood, sodium chlorate oxygen candle and CO₂ absorbing part. The Venturi tube drives the air cycling with the oxygen produced by the oxygen candle, and the Lithium hydroxide absorbs CO₂. The device went through human tests and was found comfortable. The possible use of the self-rescuer against space station fire is discussed. It is concluded that the oxygen candle's self-contained rescuer can be used for the fire escape in manned spacecraft.
