Design of the vibration fixture for satellite three-directional FMD

  • 摘要: 文章論述了某衛(wèi)星三向力限FMD振動夾具的設(shè)計方法，并運用有限元方法分析了其頻率和受力情況。通過兩種力傳感器分布方式的對比給出了優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案。最后針對螺釘進行了校核，給出了選型依據(jù)。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the design of the vibration fixture for satellite three-directional FMD, and analyzes its frequency and stress by using the finite element method. An optimized design scheme is obtained by comparing the distribution modes of two force sensors and a check on the strength of bolts.
