衛(wèi)星總裝工藝FMEA應用初步研究

The application of FMEA in the satellite assembly and integration process

  • 摘要: 為了進一步提高航天器裝配的可靠性,,適應航天快速發(fā)展的總裝要求,文章根據(jù)衛(wèi)星總裝的具體特點,,提出了一種針對衛(wèi)星總裝工藝的故障模式影響分析方法,。這種基于衛(wèi)星總裝工藝的FMEA主要是將故障嚴酷度、故障發(fā)生度,、可檢測度,、風險優(yōu)序數(shù)、產(chǎn)品危害度等5個參數(shù)進行量化處理,,從衛(wèi)星分系統(tǒng)、結構艙段,、專業(yè)測試,、關鍵過程控制等方面展開具體分析,采用表格評估形式對總裝過程中潛在失效模式進行量化處理,,最終得到相應評估對象的可靠性指標,,提出相應的故障預防措施,以達到提高總裝工藝可靠性的目的,。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of the spacecraft assembly and to meet the demands of fast development, this paper, based on the features of satellite assembly process, proposes a new application of FMEA by use of five parameters, i.e., severity, occurrence, detectability, risk priority number, and criticality, to evaluate in a table form the potential failure modes regarding satellite subsystems, satellite cabins, technical tests, and the key control processes. With the reliability index of the evaluated objects at hand, preventive measures can be taken against the respective failure modes.
