衛(wèi)星虛擬振動試驗仿真效果研究

摘要: 對振動臺關(guān)鍵部件建模后,獲得了包括動圈、擴(kuò)展頭、滑板、加強(qiáng)板、牛頭等部件的較為準(zhǔn)確的有限元模型。針對某衛(wèi)星模型與振動臺模型集成后的組合模型進(jìn)行了有限元振動響應(yīng)計算。將虛擬試驗結(jié)果與實際試驗結(jié)果、衛(wèi)星傳統(tǒng)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,通過分析衛(wèi)星頻率及響應(yīng)量級來評價虛擬振動試驗對衛(wèi)星研制的意義。Abstract: Some key components of a shaker, such as armature, extended head, skateboards, strengthening board and connection blocks, are modeled. Then the vibration responses of a combined satellite and shaker model are simulated by finite element method, and the results are compared with the test data and the traditional simulation results of satellite. The analysis of frequency and response levels shows the significance of the virtual vibration test.
