環(huán)模設備研制用玻璃鋼的放氣性能研究

A study on deflation capability of fiberglass composite materials used in environment simulators

  • 摘要: 文章介紹了在環(huán)模設備研制中采用玻璃鋼材料制作真空容器的發(fā)展需求,為滿足設計要求,對玻璃鋼復合材料的放氣性能進行研究。文中闡述了材料的放氣機理和不同測試方法,以及對材料樣品的放氣性能的測試過程,并獲得了重要數(shù)據(jù)。這項研究工作為真空系統(tǒng)設計提供了參考依據(jù),也為非金屬材料環(huán)模設備研制提供了思路。

     

    Abstract: A study on deflation capability of fiberglass composite materials is carried out with respect to the requirements of vacuum chamber made of fiberglass composite materials in environment simulation facilities. The deflation mechanisms of materials and different testing methods are discussed in the paper, and some important data are presented, which offers some guidelines in the design of vacuum system, and in developing environment simulation facilities made of nonmetallic materials.
