  • 摘要: 衛(wèi)星產(chǎn)品多軸隨機振動試驗技術的難點之一是試驗條件的制定。文章分析了多軸隨機振動試驗條件制定的理論基礎,并就多軸隨機振動試驗條件的工程處理方法從模型使用、簡化處理、互譜設計、時域信號等4個方面進行了探討,最后從簡化處理、遙測數(shù)據(jù)分析、仿真計算和現(xiàn)有試驗數(shù)據(jù)分析對比4個角度對衛(wèi)星產(chǎn)品多軸隨機振動試驗條件的制定思路提出了建議。

     

    Abstract: One of the major difficulties in the multi-axis random vibration tests for satellite products is the determination of the test conditions. First, a theoretical analysis is made. Then, the currently used engineering processing methods are discussed, including the model related method, the simplification method, the cross-power spectrum design method, and the time-domain signal processing method. Finally, some suggestions for determining the conditions of multi-axis random vibration tests for satellite products are proposed from four perspectives, including the simplified processing, the telemetry data analysis, the simulation analysis, and the comparative study of the existed experimental data.
