相對變形約束下某離心機吊籃拓撲優(yōu)化設(shè)計

Topology optimization design of centrifuge basket under relative deformation constraint

  • 摘要: 吊籃是離心機的承載結(jié)構(gòu),其質(zhì)量直接影響到離心機的承載能力。基于HyperWorks/OptiStruct平臺,以吊籃質(zhì)量為目標函數(shù),以吊籃平臺最大變形為約束條件,采用變密度法對某離心機吊籃結(jié)構(gòu)進行拓撲優(yōu)化設(shè)計。有限元分析結(jié)果表明,拓撲優(yōu)化后吊籃結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足預設(shè)的最大變形約束條件,而且質(zhì)量大為減小,很好地實現(xiàn)了輕量化目標。

     

    Abstract: For the basket, as a load bearing structure of a centrifuge, its load bearing capability is influenced by its mass. The topology optimization design of a centrifuge basket based on HyperWorks/OptiStruct is carried out by adopting the variable density method, taking the basket's mass as the objective and its largest deformation as the constraint. The result shows that after optimization, the mass of the basket is considerably reduced within the constraint of the deformation, which means that the load bearing capability of the centrifuge is improved.
