空間潤滑脂的研究進(jìn)展

Studies of space lubricating grebe a critical review

  • 摘要: 空間環(huán)境中高真空、高低溫、強(qiáng)輻射、原子氧和微重力等惡劣因素對空間潤滑脂的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能提出了特殊要求。為了滿足空間運(yùn)動部件高可靠性和長壽命的要求,需要改善空間潤滑脂的性能。文章主要從基礎(chǔ)油、稠化劑和添加劑這3個(gè)方面介紹和分析了空間潤滑脂的研究進(jìn)展及發(fā)展方向。

     

    Abstract: The serious space environments, such as high vacuum, high and low temperature, strong radiation, atomic oxygen, and micro-gravity, brings forward special demands for the structure and performance of space grease. The space grease should be of higher reliability and longer operation life in order to assure the long-period lubrication of spacecraft motion parts. The lribological performance of space lubrication grease is determined by its base stock, thickener agents and additives, of which the current research and development tendency are discussed in this paper.
