  • 摘要: 文章詳細(xì)闡述了某型號衛(wèi)星承力筒結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)試驗設(shè)計及試驗實施過程中所取得的實踐經(jīng)驗。采用單點隨機激勵法、兩點隨機激勵法、單點步進(jìn)正弦掃描激勵法均能得出較準(zhǔn)確的航天器結(jié)構(gòu)主頻。較好的辦法是:為獲取大型航天器結(jié)構(gòu)的一階主頻,可先采用單點隨機激勵法得出結(jié)構(gòu)主頻,然后采用單點步進(jìn)正弦掃描激勵法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果的驗證;為獲取大型航天器結(jié)構(gòu)的高階模態(tài)參數(shù)或結(jié)構(gòu)阻尼系數(shù),應(yīng)采用兩點或兩點以上的模態(tài)試驗激勵方法,使激勵輸入能量平均且更接近于航天器結(jié)構(gòu)實際受力工況。文章中對承力筒結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)試驗設(shè)計及方法的探討對大型航天器的結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)試驗具有借鑒作用。

     

    Abstract: The paper presents the test design and the implementation of the canister modal test of a satellite. The accurate major frequencies of the spacecraft structures can be obtained with the single-point random excitation method, two-point random excitation method and single-point stepped sine excitation method. The first frequency of the large spacecraft structure can be acquired with the single-point random excitation method and be verified with the single-point stepped sine excitation method. The two or more points excitation methods are used to obtain the parameters of higher mode or the structure damping rates, which would make the input energy close to the average value and the response close to the real dynamic state of the spacecraft structures. The study can be a references to the modal test of large spacecraft structures.
