PMI泡沫材料在航天器結(jié)構(gòu)中 應(yīng)用的可行性研究

Feasibility research of PMI foam in spacecraft structure

  • 摘要: 文章通過試驗(yàn)研究了兩個牌號的PMI泡沫材料的物理及力學(xué)性能,著重研究了它們的吸濕性能、壓縮蠕變率及在熱真空環(huán)境下的放氣性能,并與航天器結(jié)構(gòu)常用的鋁蜂窩芯材作了相應(yīng)比較。研究表明,優(yōu)良的介電性能、低熱導(dǎo)率、易于加工復(fù)雜外形、可設(shè)計(jì)性等特性使得PMI泡沫材料有望應(yīng)用于航天器的多功能結(jié)構(gòu),變截面結(jié)構(gòu),桿、梁結(jié)構(gòu),天線結(jié)構(gòu)等,而PMI泡沫材料采取一定的增強(qiáng)措施后也可作為航天器的承力結(jié)構(gòu)。

     

    Abstract: The performance of two types of PMI foam is studied by tests, including physical, mechanical properties, moisture absorption, compressive creep and outgassing in thermal vacuum environment. A comparison between foam core and aluminum core is made. Advantages and disadvantages of PMI foam in space structures are analyzed. With its advantages, such as, good dielectric performance, low thermal conductivity, and machinability, PMI foam can be applied in the structures of spacecraft, including multi-functional structure, variable-section structure, rod & beam, and antenna, etc. After being properly reinforced, PMI foam can be used for the primary structure or the secondary structure of spacecraft.
