The topology optimization design of a centrifuger nacelle

  • 摘要: 在某型號(hào)離心機(jī)吊籃設(shè)計(jì)中,采用了拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)離心機(jī)吊籃的最大外形尺寸、連接邊界、承載質(zhì)量、離心機(jī)最大加速度值等參數(shù),確定了拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化的設(shè)計(jì)區(qū)域、載荷條件、邊界條件,并用ANSYS建立了其有限元模型。以整體剛度最大為目標(biāo),根據(jù)吊籃質(zhì)量要求施加拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化約束條件,建立了吊籃拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化的數(shù)學(xué)模型。采用TOSCA軟件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解。拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化后結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量滿足約束條件,剛度顯著提高。

     

    Abstract: In the design of a centrifuger nacelle, a topology optimization was carried out with respect to the requirements of the mass and stiffness. The design area, loads and boundary conditions were determined based on the centrifuger nacelle’s external size, connecting boundary, loaded mass and the max acceleration. The finite element model was constructed using the Ansys software. The objective was to make the stiffness of the nacelle maximal, with the mass as the constraint in the topology optimization. The model was solved by the Tosca software. The structure after the topology optimization enjoys good stiffness under the requirement of the mass.
