航天器二次電源的低溫工作特性研究

  • 摘要: 由于航天器在深空探測中處于低溫環(huán)境中,其二次電源的低溫工作特性尤為重要。文章首先介紹了航天器二次電源的供電結構;再從組成二次電源的關鍵元器件著手,對功率半導體器件(功率MOS管和功率二極管)、PWM控制芯片的低溫特性進行深入探討;最后對一個25W/5.8V輸出的航天器二次電源在-35~80℃溫度范圍內(nèi)工作的試驗數(shù)據(jù)展開分析,這些工作可為后續(xù)深空探測任務的實施提供技術儲備。

     

    Abstract: As the spacecraft operates in a low-temperature environment in deep space. the low-temperature performance ofthe spacecraft DC/DC converter is a very important issue. This paper discusses the configuration of the DC/DC converter of the spacecraft, its key components, and the low-temperature performance of the power semiconductor (power MOS and power diode) and the PWM control chip. The experimental data for the 25W/5. 8V DC/DC converter of a spacecraft during. 35~80℃ are analyzed. These analyses provide some guidance for the future deep space exploration.
