摘要: 文章以某環(huán)境模擬試驗艙的熱沉結(jié)構(gòu)為原型,運用數(shù)值模擬軟件FLOWMASTER對熱沉結(jié)構(gòu)進行仿真計算,,研究了單片熱沉中支管群的流量和溫度分配規(guī)律,,計算流體在熱沉片內(nèi)流動產(chǎn)生的壓力損失,分析討論了匯總管,、支管,、支管間距、熱負荷等幾個因素對熱沉結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的影響規(guī)律,,最后提出設(shè)計熱沉結(jié)構(gòu)時的原則和方法,。Abstract: In this paper, a numerical simulation is carried out by using FLOWMASTER for the model of the heat sink of the large environment simulator. The distribution of flow rate and temperature, and the pressure drop of liquid nitrogen in the heat sink are obtained. The structure design problems of heat sink are analyzed, including the main pipe, branch pipe, distance between two branch pipes, and heat load. The optimization of the structure of shroud is also discussed.
