對俄出口GVU-600空間環(huán)境模擬器研制

Development of space environmental simulator GVU-600

摘要: GVU-600空間環(huán)境模擬器是我國首次為俄羅斯研制的一臺航天專用設(shè)備，它可以模擬真空、冷黑和太陽輻射3項空間基本參數(shù)，主要用于進行衛(wèi)星熱平衡、熱真空試驗。該設(shè)備為臥式圓柱結(jié)構(gòu)，容器內(nèi)徑8 m，總長13.5 m，容積600 m3，極限真空1.4×10-5 Pa，熱沉溫度-190 ℃。文章主要對該設(shè)備的技術(shù)指標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)組成及功能進行了介紹，并給出了研制結(jié)果。

Abstract: The space environment simulator is used to simulate the vacuum, the cold and black and the solar irradiation. GVU-600 is the first aerospace facility developed by China for Russia. It is mainly used for the thermal vacuum test and the thermal balance test. GVU-600 is horizontal and cylindrical with a dimension of 8 m(inner diameter)×13.5 m(total length), an ultimate pressure of 1.4×10-5 Pa, and an average temperature of -190 ℃ in the thermal shroud. This paper discusses the facility’s specifications, configuration, and functions, with test results.
