原子氧對(duì)航天器熱控材料影響試驗(yàn)研究

  • 摘要: 原子氧對(duì)航天器熱控材料的影響是航天器熱控設(shè)計(jì)必須考慮的因素之一。文章對(duì)航天器艙外常用熱控涂層和外用復(fù)合膜兩類(lèi)材料進(jìn)行了地面原子氧及原子氧+遠(yuǎn)紫外輻照試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)獲取了不同原子氧積分通量下涂層和復(fù)合膜的影響數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)熱控材料實(shí)施部位性能退化的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析,研究結(jié)果將為航天器熱控設(shè)計(jì)與分析提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。

     

    Abstract: Atomic oxygen (AO) is one of the most severe space environment in LEO and is one of the important influencing factors in the spacecraft thermal control design and the materials selection. In this paper, two kinds of thermal control materials used in the spacecraft, such as coatings and films, are taken as the examples to study the influence of AO. Based on the experimental data, the influence in different application areas in the spacecraft is analyzed. The results might be used in the thermal design and the thermal analysis of spacecraft.
