The Data Acquisition System of Vacuum Leak Equipment

摘要: 文章詳細(xì)介紹了真空檢漏設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)硬件網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建以及軟件的開發(fā)。著重講述了采集軟件的主要功能設(shè)計(jì)及其實(shí)現(xiàn)方法，包括：可擴(kuò)展串口功能、數(shù)據(jù)采集控制及處理功能、監(jiān)視功能、數(shù)據(jù)備份恢復(fù)功能和模板式文件管理功能等。最后對(duì)該軟件進(jìn)行了展示。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在小衛(wèi)星檢漏試驗(yàn)中使用，并獲得了較好的效果。

Abstract: The paper describes in detail the hardware network of the vacuum leak test system and the data acquisition software. The main functions of the software include the serial port-expandable function, the control and processing function for data acquisition, the monitorring function, the data backup and restoration function, and the file template management function. The system has been used in the vacuum leak test for a small satellite, and the results show that the functions of the system can well meet the test requirements.
